 There's more detailed info here. They're not that important because they have absolutely no impact on gameplay. Just aesthetics.

But my opinion is always choose the SPARTANs, because their heads are smaller, which makes it harder for a headshot. So pick the EOB helmet, and whatever armor.

 I dunno. I created a set if Yu-Gu-Oh! cards that explain the SPARTAN armors. lol, the serial no. are the same.

 Yeah I got the marathon helmet (a.k.a. security). I finally got all the achievements.

I got live a week or two ago because I wanted to transfer my screenshots over to my pc. Thing is, I needed the "real" live and not the 24 hour version which you can usually get free easily (or used to). So I got bored and not modding anymore I managed to also level up to "commander".
May 29-June 6 I think is how long it took to get there from Gunnery Sergeant. I'm done for now though.
